Well, I’ll be honest—I’m one of those folks who absolutely loves to hype up holidays. If you left it to me, I’d throw extravagant parties for every holiday, be it Labor Day, Saint Patrick’s Day, Halloween, or Christmas, and everything in between. In my book, holidays are the perfect excuse to gather with loved ones and friends, have a blast, savor each other’s company, and, of course, escape the daily grind. So, when it comes to how I like to spend my holidays, I make it a point to do something entirely different from my usual routine. That way, when someone asks me what I did on Labor Day, I can recall it vividly because it stands out from the rest of the month.
